By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with purchasing from our website. Once you have used our website and have finalised a purchase, we will assume that you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions.
Payments & Orders
Upon browsing our products, if you have any questions or concerns about anything to do with our products, we advise you contact us and ask for assistance.
In order to purchase your product(s), you will go through an online checkout service where you will be asked to provide some personal information in order to complete your purchase. If you do not provide us with this information it may result in failure to process your order.
Please ensure your personal details are accurate and complete, in particular your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to have it redirected. Any errors in your provided shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
Full payment is required in order to complete your purchase. If for any reason your payment could not be processed, you may make further attempts, although this does not gurantee that your requested product(s) will remain available for purchase.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment has been cleared. This will include your order number, which you will need to provide to us in any customer services related queries.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, Mersa Skin is unable to accept order cancellations once your order has been processed as we aim to ship our orders as soon as possible (usually within 24 hrs). Please be sure before placing your order.
Delivery
At Mersa Skin we understand the excitement of receiving a parcel, therefore we will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Currently, Mersa Skin only ships Australia wide and to the United States and United Kingdom. Orders will be shipped within two working days when an order has been placed. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched. Mersa Skin uses the services of Australia Post for all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped for you to receive it. Please note, some orders may take longer if you are located in a regional or rural area. This time frame is a guideline only.
